We are now looking for two female personal assistants for a happy and active woman living in Lomma. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of her daily life and contribute to security, independence, and quality of life.

The woman enjoys being outdoors, participating in activities, and attending water aerobics. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy an active job and are happy to join in on various daily activities and excursions.

About the position

The work involves support with personal care and daily routines at home. The client has 24/7 assistance, and the shifts mainly consist of evening and night shifts with active time during the night.

You need to be confident working with a patient lift and have experience with personal care and transfers.

Working hours and extent

• Employment percentage: 75–85 %
• Working hours: Day, evening, and night shifts
• Location: Lomma
• Start date: According to agreement

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in personal assistance or similar care work
• Have experience with patient lifts and transfers
• Are calm, responsible, and sensitive
• Enjoy activities and social work
• Can work both independently and in a team
• Speak and understand both Swedish and Albanian

You will receive an introduction and support before you work independently, so that you feel secure in the assignment and in the routines regarding the client.
