Furuboda Assistans is a private personal assistance provider in southern Sweden with roots in the non-profit Furuboda Association. The company was established in 2005 and is a growing business. Currently, Furuboda Assistans consists of approximately 700 employees. We strive to be a role model in sustainable business. About the Assignment

Profile we are looking for:

We are looking for a person who is caring, does not have a strong need to be the center of attention, and shows understanding and respect for the customer. You are flexible in your way of thinking and working, and contribute to a pleasant working environment for both colleagues and customers.

The customer has extensive care needs, which require relevant experience. You are part of the customer's daily life, are close by when help is needed, but can also work in the background if necessary. As an assistant, you ensure that the customer feels well and receives the support needed, regardless of the size of the need at any given moment.

Working Hours: Shifts are distributed between 08:00–18:00 and 18:00–08:00 (sleeping on-call), scheduled every other weekend.

Other Requirements: Since the customer has a dog, you should not be allergic to fur-bearing animals. The customer uses their own car for transportation, so a manual driving license is required.

We are looking for someone who is energetic and cheerful. We prefer that you are over 30 years old and have experience in the profession. You should have a good understanding of what personal assistance entails. You live near Kristianstad Municipality, have a manual driving license, and have access to a car for commuting to and from work.
