We are looking for you who want to make a real difference in the daily life of a happy, curious, and playful 6-year-old who has a great need for support and security around the clock. She loves play, fun, and closeness – and with the right people around her, she truly blossoms! About the assignment: Our 6-year-old has a disability and uses, among other things, a track system and a feeding tube. Therefore, she needs 24/7 assistance from secure and engaged adults who can be both playmates and a calm support. The girl has a hearing impairment and communicates using sign language. Knowledge of sign language is not a requirement, as you will learn it over time. We are looking for both: Full-time Monday–Friday daytime hours A personal assistant for awake nights approximately every other weekend We are looking for you who:

• Have kept the inner child and enjoy playing, laughing, and being creative.
• Are secure, responsible, and calm in demanding situations.
• Have experience in personal assistance (a plus, but not a requirement). Personal chemistry is most important, as is experience working with children. Knowledge of the track system is advantageous, but the right person can also receive an introduction.
• Speak good Swedish.

Varied day, evening, weekend, and night shifts. Currently, we are specifically looking for a person for daytime shifts Monday–Friday. The position is a parental leave substitute with the possibility of permanent employment. Location: The position is based in the home. During daytime hours, you will accompany the girl to school.
