Our client is an independent and active woman with many interests. She has cerebral palsy (CP) and a visual impairment, which means she needs support in her daily life. This includes help with household chores, personal care, exercise, and various activities. The client is clear about how she wants her assistance performed and manages her own planning in collaboration with us. Interests such as cooking, baking, and exercise are close to her heart, so it is a plus if you share these passions. To ensure good communication between you and the client, it is important that you have a good command of the Swedish language.

• We are looking for female candidates who are non-smokers, between 30 and 45 years old, and live in or near Kävlinge, Lund, Helsingborg, Lomma, or Malmö.
• A driver's license and access to a car are advantageous for easy travel to the workplace, although the client often travels by public transport.
• You should have experience working with individuals who have CP or similar functional variations.
• We value if you are a responsible, flexible, and positive person with a strong work ethic.
• The client seeks an assistant who is calm, handy, technically skilled, and quick to adapt to changes.
• Since the client has asthma, it is important that you do not use strong perfumes or cosmetics and that you do not have allergies to nuts or shellfish.

Working hours vary and may involve shifts between 4 and 13 hours, during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Your shifts start at 06:30; there is no night work. Please note that breaks are not included in the working shifts, and the client must never be left alone during working hours.

Therefore, you will need to provide a certificate from the police criminal record register prior to any potential employment.
