The position is located in Finja, just outside Hässleholm.

Our client is a 30-year-old woman with autism, an intellectual disability, epilepsy, and ADHD. She communicates exclusively through pictures. At her home, we work with low-affective interaction and careful structure to help her achieve a meaningful and functional daily life.

The job consists of supporting her in everyday life through various activities and routines, as well as managing household chores.

She has a strong interest in bathing, playing on the iPad, cooking, baking, and going on outings or simply taking a drive in the car.

She is active and has a high tempo, which means it is important that you, as an assistant, are flexible and adaptable. You must be able to make decisions and quickly adjust the day's plan when necessary.

We are looking for two assistants for two positions of approximately 82 percent. One of the positions is a parental leave substitute role. We are also looking for summer substitutes who can work according to a rolling schedule during the summer.

The work follows a rolling schedule with day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. We have double staffing. The schedule includes both awake nights and nights on call.

A driver's license and access to your own car are required to get to the workplace. During work shifts, we use the client's own car.
