Lyckliga Nycklar provides personal assistance on a smaller scale, primarily in Northwest Scania. Personal contact is important to us. We have extensive experience in personal assistance within a large operation, and we use this knowledge in what we are passionate about: the small-scale format. We have close collaboration between the client and all employees, where we develop both collectively and individually.

We are looking for a personal assistant for a middle-aged woman living independently in Ängelholm. She is a strong personality with a great sense of humor, but also deep emotions. It is a challenging role where you, as an assistant, will use low-affective interaction and clear guidelines. The client has her own car, and a driver's license is required. She loves hockey and traveling, so if you support Rögle, that would be great!

Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders is desirable, as is experience with challenging behaviors. As an employee, you will have continuous training and supervision to support your work. We place great emphasis on developing our work while maintaining the security that a stable routine provides.

We are hiring staff for recurring temporary positions as well as a part-time position of approximately 50%. Shifts are between 15 and 24 hours long, including overnight on-call duties.
