We are looking for an attentive temporary staff member with humor, joy, and social skills to support our client in Malmö, an 11-year-old boy. The role involves daily care and practical support in the home environment and leisure activities, as well as participation via FIFH (a Swedish model for personal assistance). The client can manage short indoor movements with a rollator but needs assistance with other transfers.

Communication with the client is age-appropriate — he expresses himself like his peers and appreciates being treated as a young person, but not in a childish manner. He is determined and often knows what he wants; therefore, it is crucial to ask him how he wishes things to be done and to respect his choices.

The work requires a respectful approach, clarity, patience, and the ability to follow instructions regarding transfer assistance. You will work closely with the family.

The position is a temporary role; all working hours may occur except for night shifts. We are looking for someone who thrives in a flexible role, is experienced in working with children with functional variations, or has a strong commitment to creating security, self-determination, and development in the daily life of an active boy. We would prefer that you have a driver's license.
