We are looking for a Personal Assistant for a fixed schedule (21.5h/week)

We are currently seeking a dedicated personal assistant for a fixed schedule of 21.5 hours per week. This position is a replacement for a colleague who is going on parental leave for one year, with the possibility of extension.

The start date is flexible and could be as early as the beginning of May or later in the spring.

Your Schedule

The working hours are distributed over two weeks as follows:

Week 1:

• Monday: 18.00–21.00
• Tuesday: 08.00–13.00
• Wednesday: 08.00–13.00
• Thursday: 08.00–13.00
• Saturday: 08.00–13.00
• Sunday: 08.00–13.00

Week 2:

• Monday: 09.00–12.00
• Wednesday: 09.00–12.00
• Thursday: 09.00–12.00
• Friday: 09.00–12.00

It is an advantage if you are available to step in as needed in addition to the fixed schedule.

Requirements and Application

To commence employment with SAAND Assistans, you must present a valid ID and documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

According to legislation, a police record extract is required from all individuals working as personal assistants for children under 18. To ensure safety for our clients, we obtain criminal record extracts for all employees. Therefore, you will need to provide a police record extract upon hiring.
