The position is located in Finja, just outside Hässleholm.

Our client is a 30-year-old woman with autism, intellectual disability, epilepsy, and ADHD. She communicates exclusively using pictures. At her home, we work with low-affective interaction and careful structure to help her achieve a meaningful and functional daily life.

The work consists of supporting her in everyday life through various activities, routines, and household chores.

The client is interested in bathing, playing on an iPad, cooking, baking, and going on outings or simply taking a drive in the car.

She is active and has a high tempo, which means it is important that you as an assistant are flexible and adaptable. You must be able to make decisions and quickly adjust the day's plan if necessary.

We are looking for two assistants for two positions at approximately 82 percent. One position is a parental leave substitute. We are also looking for summer substitutes who can work according to a rolling schedule during the summer.

The work follows a rolling schedule with day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. We have double staffing. The schedule includes both waking night shifts and night shifts with on-call duty.

A driver's license and access to your own car are required to get to the workplace. During work shifts, we use the client's own car.
