Your new job
We are now looking for a teacher for grades F-3 who works 50% in the classroom and 50% as a teacher at the after-school center. The class has grown and will in August consist of 40 students divided into two groups, with one full-time (100%) class teacher. Therefore, we are expanding with an additional 50% position. Together, you will plan and conduct the teaching, and there are also resources from the after-school center in the class. In the afternoons, you step into the after-school center and continue to lead learning together with the after-school team. We are a small school where everyone knows each other well.
As a teacher at Rydbo School/after-school center, you are responsible for:
- planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching
- ensuring progression towards the goals of the curriculum
- documenting and following up on adaptations and special support

As a teacher for the after-school center, you have a responsibility to, together with other colleagues, systematically and continuously document, follow up, evaluate, and analyze the results in education. Your work aims to develop the quality of Rydbo School and thus the students' opportunities for care as well as conditions for development and learning. You have unique and significant opportunities to influence and contribute to each individual child's development, and your child focus is clear and reflected in your attitude in everyday life.
School and after-school work so that all students are everyone's students. Rydbo School and the after-school center create conditions for lifelong learning, where students have the opportunity to develop into secure, independent, and critical-thinking individuals. The operations are characterized by creativity, movement, play, sports, and health.
Your profile
We are looking for you who:
- are a certified primary school teacher for grades 1–3
- have experience with and interest in students with NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) and speech disorders
- can adapt teaching based on the student's needs with clear structure according to a common pedagogical foundation
- are confident in collaboration and collegial work
- have good leadership qualities and are clear and structured
- have a good ability to meet students at both group and individual levels
- have a genuine interest in students and their development
- have good IT skills and experience documenting work in an administrative system
- have good cooperation skills and are flexible and engaged
- find it easy to communicate with others
As a class teacher, you have a pedagogical assignment to act in teaching together with the other regular class teacher. Since the position involves a lot of collaboration, you are a person who enjoys developing together with others.

Terms of employment
For this role, the starting salary is normally between 37,600–44,000 SEK depending on experience and competence. In some cases, more senior candidates may be offered a higher salary within the total range of the role.
Our collective agreement regulates the terms of employment such as salary, working hours, allowances, and other benefits within the sector.
Form of employment
Fixed-term employment during the school year 2026/2027 with the possibility of a permanent position.
