SJR is now hiring a Project Administrator with extensive experience for a consultancy assignment with one of Sweden's larger government agencies.

The assignment covers a minimum of three years, starting as soon as possible. The office is located in Sundbyberg, but you are offered the opportunity to work remotely up to 50%. You will be employed by SJR and work as a consultant for the agency. This position is security-classified, meaning the candidate offered the assignment must undergo a security clearance check before the work can begin.

About the Role

In this role as a resource consultant, you will work on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, primarily within pipeline and station operations. The assignment is clearly operational and involves supporting project managers in their daily work through structured administration, follow-up, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in daily administrative tasks.
• Handle meeting bookings, agendas, and minute-taking.
• Follow up on activities, decisions, and deadlines in projects.
• Ensure correct and structured documentation.
• Work in various support systems for follow-up and reporting.
• Contribute to order, structure, and quality in project processes.
• Coordinate and ensure information flow between internal and external stakeholders.
• Work according to established routines and project processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a high school diploma and at least three years of experience working as a project or program administrator in a supporting role to project managers. Additionally, you have at least two years of experience from large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, as well as experience working in structured project environments with clear processes.

You command both Swedish and English very well, both orally and in writing, and are accustomed to working with technical documentation and formal reports. Furthermore, you have at least three years of experience working with MS Office. Meritorious experience includes work in the public sector, the energy industry, document and case management systems, and project tools such as Antura. Relevant post-secondary education is also an advantage.
