The Role

We are looking for a certified special needs teacher with a strong student focus and a developmental view of learning. As a special needs teacher, you will be a key figure in the students' schooling, responsible for creating and implementing individual development plans, as well as coordinating and supporting other staff.

The position is full-time and starts in the autumn term of 2026.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate individual development plans in collaboration with students, guardians, and other staff.
• Lead and coordinate the pedagogical work for students with varying needs and diagnoses.
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel seen and respected.
• Conduct observations and analyses of students' strengths and challenges.
• Participate in meetings and collaborations with guardians, external resources, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of the school's pedagogical activities.

Qualifications

• Certified special needs teacher.
• Experience working with students with various diagnoses (e.g., autism, ADHD, learning difficulties).
• A developmental view of learning and a desire to create a positive and supportive environment.
• Good teamwork skills and the ability to lead and inspire others.
• Fluent in Swedish or English, both spoken and written.
