Job Responsibilities

As a childcare worker (barnskötare), you are an important part of the pedagogical work. You work closely with colleagues and contribute to creating a practice where children are at the center.

You will:

• Participate in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of pedagogical work based on the curriculum
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for the children
• Work actively with children's learning, development, and social interaction
• Contribute to pedagogical documentation and systematic quality work
• Collaborate with colleagues and guardians in a professional and solution-focused manner
• Work from a relational and respectful perspective

About the Workplace

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have a completed childcare education
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have experience in pedagogical work and understanding of the curriculum's mission
• Are structured and accustomed to working with pedagogical documentation
• Have good collaboration skills and create good relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians
• Are responsible, flexible, and committed to your work

We require you to present an extract from the criminal record and suspicion register before employment.

Nykvarn Municipality is a Finnish administrative area, and we consider it an advantage if you speak Finnish.

A Category B driver's license is required for this position.
