Job Responsibilities

In the role of childcare worker, you will work in the primary school and the leisure center to create good prerequisites for learning and safety, allowing students to develop based on their own conditions.

Together with the entire grade team and the leisure team, you are involved in planning, implementation, and evaluation of the activities based on the curriculum. Building good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues are important parts of the assignment.

The tasks are varied and diverse throughout the workday. You should be available as a support for the students throughout the school day, as well as be an active recess supervisor, which includes participating in and leading activities during breaks. During leisure time, you hold planned activities and are responsible for the students' safety and joy.

Qualifications and Merits

We are looking for you who:

• Are trained as a childcare worker or have equivalent education/experience from work in pedagogical activities.
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written).

It is an advantage if you:

• Have several years of experience working in a leisure center or other pedagogical activity.
• Have experience in leading leisure activities.

• Salary: Monthly salary.
• Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
• Duration/Start: Fixed-term position. One temporary position is for the entire school year 26/27, and the other temporary position is for Autumn Term 26.
