ABOUT THE POSITION
At Assistanslotsen, we are currently seeking dedicated on-call substitute assistants for our client in Södertälje, with the possibility of covering some shifts during the holiday season.
Working hours are flexible, and shifts are scheduled in consultation with the client and the responsible manager based on operational needs. A typical shift might be scheduled between 12:00–18:00, both on weekdays and weekends.
Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start your introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a woman in her mid-70s who has a strong interest in being outdoors in nature, enjoys gardening, and likes going on pleasant outings. Due to severe heart failure, she needs support in her daily life to continue living as independently and meaningfully as possible. She uses a walker in daily life and uses a power wheelchair (permobil) for longer walks.

REQUIREMENTS

Employment level: 1 on-call substitute position as needed.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed by us at Assistanslotsen, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the position. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as the applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a certificate of personal data (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal data from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so orders should be placed well in advance.
