We are now looking for a Team Leader who wants to take increased responsibility for support, leadership, and development in the daily work within the Elderly Care Unit. Together with a fellow team leader, you will have an important role in the elderly care unit's experienced and well-functioning team of social secretaries.

Elderly care in Nacka is in an important phase of development and transition. With the new Social Services Act as a foundation and a growing elderly population, we continue to develop working methods that are accessible, evidence-based, and preventive.

Through your support in daily work, you contribute to ensuring that authority exercises are conducted in a legally secure, efficient, and high-quality manner. You help translate legislation, governance, and focus areas into clear and functional working methods – always with the Nacka resident in focus.

Your Assignment:

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for leading and distributing daily work. You lead case reviews and support social secretaries in casework issues. You contribute to structure and coordination and promote learning, shared understanding, and development within the team.

You collaborate with other functions within the municipality and serve as a key link between operational work and the unit's continued development. The role requires you to be proactive and initiative-taking in developing operations and ensuring legally secure working methods.

The assignment also includes:

• planning and leading workshops as well as internal training initiatives
• contributing to keeping routines up-to-date and purposeful
• monitoring and reporting the unit's key figures to the Group Manager

Is this you?

We are looking for you who have good experience within the elderly care sector and want to use your competence in a role where support, coordination, and development are central.

For the role, we see that you have:

• a degree in Social Work
• several years of experience in authority exercises within the elderly care sector
• good ability to guide colleagues in complex cases and contribute to shared understanding of working methods
• experience and interest in analysis, follow-up, and development
• experience of direct work with the target group of elderly people
• very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

To succeed in the role, you are confident in your professional role and have a supportive, pedagogical, and trust-based approach. You combine good analytical skills with a pragmatic working method and can translate regulations and goals into practical action in everyday life.
