Trollbodaskolan is a comprehensive school (grades F-9) with approximately 620 students located in the beautiful nature surroundings of Hässelby Villastad. Here, students and staff meet in bright, functional premises that create good conditions for learning, collaboration, and development. The school's organization is based on work teams with their own premises for teaching, planning, and after-school activities.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with the qualification to teach music.

You are an engaged and relationship-building educator who has the ability to create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment where students are given the opportunity to develop based on their prerequisites. You have a clear student focus and are driven by contributing to each student's learning, development, and desire to learn.

You plan, implement, document, and follow up on teaching in accordance with the curriculum's goals and based on the students' needs. You see the value of collegial collaboration and actively contribute to the development of the operations together with the work team.

In the role of music teacher, you are also expected to take a leading role in planning and implementing the school's musical traditions, such as Lucia celebrations and school graduations. Mentorship is included in the position.

It is meritorious if you have the qualification to teach additional subjects as well as experience teaching in younger age groups.
