About the position
Personal assistance is a support measure under the LSS Act (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everyday occurrences and basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the client's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.
The client is a 65-year-old woman living in Helsingborg. The client's individual needs dictate the workday, and tasks may include help with mobility, personal care, training, communication, as well as household chores and activities in and outside the home.
Our client's interests include home decoration, coffee breaks, and shopping.
Who are you?
The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you and the client.

Working hours, employment percentage, and salary
The current form of employment is "hourly employment," which means work on an as-needed basis. Working hours are 10:20–15:30 on weekdays.
Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.
