We are now looking for you who want to work part-time as an escort and substitute caregiver. Working as an escort/substitute caregiver can be combined with studies or another main occupation as the working hours are variable and scheduled by agreement during weekends, evenings, and also daytime on weekdays.

What does the position entail?

Our client is a man in his 60s with PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy) who lives in Skanör with his family. He has interests such as fishing, boats, hunting, cooking, growing vegetables, and baking. If you share these interests, it is a big plus! Since the family is a central part of his life, we are looking for you who thrive in a social environment where relatives are present in everyday life.

As an escort and substitute caregiver, your main task is to accompany the client on activities according to his wishes and to relieve relatives at home to give them space to rest, recover, or run errands.

We can offer you a hourly employment of 24 hours per month (half escort and half substitute). The working hours are variable and scheduled by agreement during weekends, evenings, and also daytime on weekdays.

About you

We are looking for you who have an interest in working with other people and want to be a support in the client's daily life. You should be calm and stable as a person. There are also transfers involved, so you should be strong and healthy in body. Great importance is placed on personal chemistry, where attitude, flexibility, and caring nature are important qualities.

You must

• be a non-smoker,
• have care experience or equivalent.

It is meritorious if you

• have a driver's license,
• have access to a car.

Compensation is paid in the form of hourly wages. Unless otherwise agreed, 12% vacation pay and shift allowance (OB) are added. We follow collective agreements between Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna.
