About the position

We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a cheerful and humorous 36-year-old man in Hässleholm who enjoys dog walks, outings, and concerts. As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in daily life, helping to create security, independence, and opportunities for an active life.

We are looking for someone who is calm, responsible, and self-assured. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and good chemistry between the individuals.

Working hours

• Employment percentage: 82%
• The work consists mainly of 12-hour shifts
• The majority of shifts are day shifts
• Three night shifts occur during a four-week period
• The night shifts include 2 hours of on-call duty

Responsibilities

You will assist with, among other things:

• Personal care and transfers
• Everyday routines and tasks
• Activities and social engagements
• Creating a secure and functional daily life

We are looking for someone who

• Has a valid driver's license (mandatory)
• Is calm, perceptive, and responsible
• Enjoys being around dogs
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Has experience in personal assistance or healthcare/care (meritorious but not required)
