About the position

We are currently looking for two personal assistants for a man living outside Perstorp. He is a cheerful and considerate man who loves animals and spending time with his family or friends. He owns horses and often looks after his children's dogs. They live in the countryside, which means public transport is not an option. Therefore, it is important that you have access to your own car or can get to the workplace in another way. As an assistant, you will assist with personal care, accompany him on daily activities and excursions, support family activities, and help with animal care (horses and dogs).

We are looking for someone who can work part-time at approximately 60%. Your duties will include, among other things, supporting daily routines, heavy lifting, personal hygiene, meals, and dressing/undressing.

The working hours vary but are scheduled as follows, for example:

• 08:00 - 22:00
• 08:00 - 16:00
• 22:00 - 08:00 (on-call 8h)

Given that the working hours cover all hours of the day and night, you should be positively inclined to work at all times of the day.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We believe that you who apply for this position are a calm person who is sensitive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. Since there are animals in the home, you should also like animals. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the client. This may become decisive in the final selection.

Requirements for you include:

• healthcare experience or equivalent
• no allergy to fur-bearing animals
• valid driver's license and access to a car to get to the workplace
• good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Scope: 2 part-time positions of approx. 60%. Number of positions: 2. Start date: According to agreement. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register control will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.
