Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personal assistance in collaboration with the client. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to successful assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.
A young, active girl living with her family in Lund is looking for a new assistant for daytime work from 07:00 to 17:00.
You should have a high work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility for your work, be flexible, have a good ability to adapt to the situation, and appreciate and work towards good cooperation. Previous experience in care work is a plus but not a requirement. We would prefer if you could cover night shifts in case of absences.
We appreciate flexibility regarding both planned and unplanned absences.
You need to enjoy traveling, as the family takes both short and long trips throughout the year and sometimes wants you to join them. Schedule changes with ample notice occur during school holidays or travel periods.
