We are now looking for you who want to work in preschool. The job in preschool is fantastic! You get a glimpse straight into the future and a chance to take responsibility for, and show the way for, our youngest citizens. An adventure that provides experiences and skills that last a lifetime – no matter where you are headed. We are now looking for you who want to work with children between 1–5 years old.

Pamoja is the largest provider of school substitutes in Sweden. We have agreements with many schools and have lots of different exciting assignments.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can work a lot or a little, often or rarely. What tasks you will work with will be agreed upon when you are employed. You are then always personally matched to your assignments (based on your preferences and competencies).

You manage the job easily in our smart app. In addition, you always have personal contact with our support team that supports you when you need it – before, during, and after work. You work securely with a collective agreement. Of course, you receive a proper introduction to the job before you start.

What do you need to be able to do?

• You need to have completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• You also need to be ready to take responsibility and initiative and have a willingness to collaborate with others.
• You have great freedom to change your schedule, but you need to be ready to work as you promise.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet at work!
