I am a 37-year-old woman living in my own apartment in Tomelilla. Due to my disabilities, I now need a lot of help with everything in daily life. I am wheelchair-bound, and assistive devices are available to facilitate our work together. It is an advantage if you have experience in care work, as my needs vary in many ways. I have 24-hour assistance, and at certain times, there is double assistance when two assistants help me, including awake nights.

I am now looking for a personal assistant for a schedule of approximately 70–75%, with working hours primarily during the day, although some evenings and weekends are included in the rotating schedule. Day shifts are often slightly longer, from 8:15 AM to 6:45 PM. The position is primarily a temporary assignment until the turn of the year, but with a high probability of extension. The employment begins with shadowing so that you can feel secure with the tasks and in the collaboration with me. Start of the position at the end of August.

Are you sensitive, empathetic, engaged, and do you have good judgment? Do you learn new things easily and are you meticulous? Then you might be the right person to work as a personal assistant and make a big difference in my life! If you are someone who laughs easily, I see that as a big plus!

Due to the nature of the work, I would prefer a female candidate. Since I need your help in my communication with others, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required. I require you to be a non-smoker! A B-driver's license is also a requirement!
