RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a Support Assistant at Ljungklockan, you will work actively together with other staff members and coordinators to plan, execute, follow up on, and evaluate the activities and support measures for children and young people. The work includes creating implementation plans and handling deviations. The support you provide is always tailored to the individual and may involve both care-oriented tasks and support in social situations.

We work to stimulate children and young people through both individual and group activities.

We work based on the child's/young person's participation and independence.

QUALIFICATIONS

We would like you to be engaged, social, and creative. We also value a flexible workplace and an open working climate within the staff group.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience within LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), experience with TEAACH, TAKK (Total Communication for Augmented Communication), and low-arousal approaches.

EMPLOYMENT TERMS

Fixed-term employment.

• Duration: Start date: September 1, 2026, according to agreement, preferably at the end of August for introduction and shadowing. End date: December 31, 2026.
