I am looking for you who are interested in working as a personal assistant in the Klippan area.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO WORK AS A PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR ME?

As a personal assistant, your work is based on my needs and wishes. The job involves being part of my daily life, and tasks may include transfers, dressing and undressing, household chores, gardening, and participating in various leisure activities.

I am a man in my 50s living with my family. I am an animal and nature lover, and I hope you share these interests. There are dogs and a cat in the home. As a new employee, you will receive a tailored introduction from me, and of course, you can always contact ALOIS Assistans with any questions or concerns.

WHO AM I LOOKING FOR?

I am looking for someone who enjoys working with people and understands what it means to live with personal assistance. A female personal assistant is preferred. You should be empathetic, have a good understanding of my privacy, and be a good team player. Previous experience in personal assistance or care work is an advantage but not a requirement. Personal suitability is highly valued. However, a valid driver's license and access to a car are required, as public transport in the area is limited.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

Work according to agreement and employment contract within ALOIS Assistans. We offer individual salary setting and are covered by a collective agreement.

Variable working hours between 07:00–20:00 on weekdays and weekends. Hourly employment, as needed. Immediate start.
