We are looking for an engaged and professional preschool teacher who wants to challenge and inspire our children aged 3–5 to new discoveries, experiences, and learning.

Job Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher, you have pedagogical responsibility within the work team and lead the work with the children's education and teaching together with your colleagues.

You will:

• Plan, implement, document, and follow up on teaching.
• Work based on an exploratory and project-based approach.
• Use pedagogical documentation as a tool for reflection, analysis, and development.
• Contribute to creating inspiring learning environments that stimulate children's play, creativity, and learning.
• Give children real opportunities for influence and involvement.
• Collaborate with guardians and build good relationships.
• Use digital tools as a natural part of the pedagogical work.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed preschool teacher with a preschool teacher degree.
• Have a genuine interest in children's learning and development.
• Are curious about children's thoughts, ideas, and perspectives.
• Are engaged, responsible, and driven by development work.
• Have good collaboration skills and create positive relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians.
• Are clear in your communication and have the ability to translate curriculum intentions into practice.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing.
• Are accustomed to using computers, tablets, and mobile phones as work tools.
