Our operations are characterized by our key values: professionalism, collegiality, and development potential. With courage and competence, we drive our operations forward, and we value mutual respect and understanding among colleagues. Together, we strive to make each other better, for we know that when we develop together and constantly improve, we move Järfälla forward.
We are a preschool to grade 9 school located in the heart of Viksjö, surrounded by a pleasant residential area. Approximately 650 students attend our school, and we work in teams that collaborate closely to promote each student's social and academic development.
In addition to our regular classes, we also have three resource classes from preschool class to grade 9. Together, we create a safe, inclusive, and developmental learning environment for all our students.
We are now looking for an engaged teacher in theoretical subjects for grades 1-3 who can complement our fantastic team and who wants to make a difference in our students' lives!
You will plan and carry out work assignments according to the curriculum, contributing to developing interest in grades 1-3.
The responsibilities include planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching in your subject, both individually and in collaboration with work teams and other colleagues. An important part of the job is to systematically follow the students' knowledge development.
We are looking for you who have education and experience working as a teacher and who are interested in seeing other people grow and develop, as well as being a good leader in the classroom. You take initiative with the student's best interests in focus and have good collaboration skills. You are flexible and think outside the box to find the best solutions for the student. You like to make your own decisions but feel that collaboration with others is a prerequisite for a successful work result. You focus on student participation. You collaborate easily with guardians, colleagues, and are loyal to decisions made.
