With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. This job is perfect for you if you are looking for a side job with great flexibility. You can change your schedule right up until 23:59 the day before you are scheduled to work.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can work as much or as little as you like, often or rarely. We will agree on which specific tasks you will handle when you are hired. You are then personally matched to your assignments based on your preferences and competencies.

You manage your work easily through our smart app. Additionally, you always have a personal contact with our support team who assists you when needed – before, during, and after your shifts. You work securely with a collective agreement. Of course, you receive a thorough introduction to the job before you start.

What do you need to be able to do?

• You must have a high school diploma.
• You need experience in teaching/lecturing, or other experience working with children and young people in preschools, primary schools, or other educational activities.
• You must have relevant subject knowledge in the subject you are to teach.
• You must also be ready to take responsibility and initiative, and have a willingness to collaborate with others.
• You have great freedom to change your schedule, but you must be prepared to work as you commit.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet in your work!
