We are now looking for you who want to be a substitute teacher in grades F-6. Working with Pamoja in schools is fantastic. Pamoja is the largest provider of substitute teachers for schools in Sweden. We have agreements with many schools and have plenty of different exciting assignments.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can work a lot or a little, often or rarely. Which tasks you will work on will be agreed upon when you are employed. You are then always personally matched to your assignments (based on your preferences and competence).

You manage the job easily in our smart app. In addition, you always have personal contact with our support team who supports you when you need it – before, during, and after the job. You work securely with a collective agreement. Naturally, you receive a thorough introduction to the job before you start.

What do you need to be able to do?

• You need to have a teaching degree or another university degree, or alternatively be currently studying, and have at least 6 months of experience teaching in school or other educational activities. You also need to be ready to take responsibility and initiative and have a willingness to collaborate with others.
• You need to have a completed upper secondary school diploma.
• You have great freedom to change your schedule – but you need to be ready to work as you promise.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week. (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet in the job!
