With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. The job is perfect for you if you are looking for a side job with great flexibility. You can change your schedule all the way up until 23:59 the day before you are scheduled to work.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can work as much or as little as you like, often or rarely. We will agree on which specific tasks you will work on when you are employed. You are then always personally matched to your assignments (based on your preferences and skills).

You manage the job easily through our smart app. Additionally, you always have a personal contact with our support team who supports you when you need it - before, during, and after work. You work securely with a collective agreement. Naturally, you receive a proper introduction to the job before you start.

What do you need to be able to do?

• You need to have a high school diploma.
• You need experience in teaching/lecturing, or other experience from working with children and young people in preschool, primary school, or other educational activities.
• You need to have relevant subject knowledge in the subject you are to teach.
• You also need to be ready to take responsibility and initiative, and have a willingness to collaborate with others.
• You have great freedom to change your schedule, but you need to be ready to work as you promise.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet in your work!
