With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. This job is perfect for you if you are looking for a side job with great flexibility. You can change your schedule right up until 23:59 the day before you are scheduled to work.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (the same morning). You can work as much or as little as you like, frequently or rarely. We will agree on which specific tasks you will handle when you are employed. You are then always personally matched to your assignments based on your preferences and skills.

You manage the job easily through our smart app. Additionally, you always have a personal contact with our support team who assists you when needed - before, during, and after the job. You work securely with a collective agreement. Naturally, you receive a thorough introduction to the job before you start.

What do you need to be able to do?

• You need to have a high school diploma or a childcare certificate.
• You should have experience working with children/students with neuropsychiatric functional variations (NPF), but this is not a requirement.
• You also need to be ready to take responsibility and initiative, and have a willingness to collaborate with others.
• You have great freedom to change your schedule, but you must be prepared to work as you commit.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet in your work!
