About the job

You are interested in language-developing approaches in the classroom and the leisure center (fritidshem). You have the ability to motivate and create learning characterized by inclusion, variation, and interactivity. You see and can meet each student where they are, building on what works. Students are made active participants in their own learning.

You have a well-developed ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are communicative and creative. We would like you to dare to think and try new things together with others.

Responsibilities

You work on an individual and group level to support students' learning processes and care in preschool class and the leisure center. You collaborate with teachers and work teams. The work requires great flexibility and a high degree of cooperation with other staff.

Who are you?

You have education as a leisure leader, childcare worker, assistant nurse with a focus on disabilities, or other equivalent education. We would appreciate it if you have experience working with children or adults with disabilities, especially within schools or leisure centers.

The work requires great flexibility, physical mobility, and personal initiative in finding adaptations and methods that enable participation and learning. You will work in close collaboration with the school's student health team (EHT), special needs teachers, and teaching teachers, which requires good cooperation skills and communicative competence.

You are well acquainted with the school's view of knowledge and its value-based mission. You have the ability to create inclusive learning environments and motivate students through varied and interactive approaches.

You have good digital competence and can use digital tools to support learning and communication.

We are looking for someone who is creative, solution-focused, and highly committed to the students' development. You take responsibility for your work and dare to think new thoughts together with others. Personal suitability is given great weight.

Other

Fixed-term employment 100% during the school year 2026/2027. We apply individual and differentiated salary setting.

For the position, the monthly salary is between 26,500 and 30,000 SEK, depending on experience, education, and competence.

Certificate of Conduct

Before being offered employment, you as a candidate are required to present a certificate of conduct (extract from the criminal record) for work in any of the following areas; school or preschool, work with children in activities other than school and childcare, work with children according to LSS (Act of Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), work at or in connection with HVB homes (homes for care or residence), work with the elderly or persons with disabilities. You order the extract via the Police website. The extract must be presented before employment can commence.
