About the job

Part of Fredriksdalsskolan is the adapted primary school with approximately 15 students. In the adapted primary school, 2 teachers and 4 pedagogical resources work primarily. The students in the adapted primary school at Fredriksdalsskolan study standard subjects.

Responsibilities

You work at the individual and group level to support the student's learning process. You collaborate with teachers and the work team. The work requires great flexibility and a high degree of cooperation with other staff.

Who are you?

You have education as a youth leader, childcare worker, assistant nurse with a focus on disabilities, or other equivalent education. We would appreciate it if you have experience working with children or adults with disabilities, especially within schools or after-school centers.

The work requires great flexibility, physical mobility, and personal initiative in finding adaptations and methods that enable participation and learning. You will work in close collaboration with the school's student health team (EHT), special education teachers, and teaching teachers, which places demands on good cooperation skills and communicative competence.

You are well acquainted with the school's view of knowledge and value-based mission. You have the ability to create inclusive learning environments and motivate students through varied and interactive working methods.

You have good digital competence and can use digital tools to support learning and communication.

We are looking for someone who is creative, solution-focused, and has a strong commitment to the students' development. You take responsibility for your work and dare to think new thoughts together with others. Personal suitability is given great weight.

Other

Permanent position, 100%, on-call service. We apply individual and differentiated salary setting.

For the position, the monthly salary is between 26,500 and 30,000 SEK, depending on experience, education, and competence.

Certificate of Good Conduct

Before being offered employment, you as a candidate are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) for work in any of the following areas; school or preschool, work with children in other activities than school and childcare, work with children according to the LSS Act, work at or in connection with HVB homes (homes for care and residence), work with the elderly or persons with disabilities. You order the extract via the Police's website. The extract must be presented before employment can begin.
