Your role

As a class teacher for grades 1-6, you are responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching in your class. You create a safe, structured, and inspiring learning environment where every student is given the prerequisites to develop as far as possible based on their own conditions.

You are part of a work team where you together drive pedagogical development forward. Through close collaboration, collegial learning, and shared responsibility, you strengthen the students' knowledge development and well-being. You also play an important role in creating good relationships with guardians and contributing to an open and trusting cooperation regarding the students' learning.

Your knowledge and experience

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher and have a genuine passion for teaching and student development. You are an engaged and clear educator who can inspire, motivate, and adapt your teaching to the different needs of the students.

You have good cooperation skills and enjoy working in a team, while also taking responsibility for your own assignment. You are flexible, solution-focused, and have an easy time creating and building safe relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.
