Description

Hamburgsund School is a comprehensive school (grades F-9) with a total of approximately 300 students, including about 140 students in the lower secondary school. The school also includes an after-school center (fritidshem) with approximately 90 enrolled children. Located in Hamburgsund, a coastal community with direct access to the sea and nature, the school has a focus on outdoor life. The school is currently in the final stage of a major renovation and extension project. Plans include a completely new school building for grades F-6, including the after-school center, which is scheduled to be completed by the autumn term of 2027. Job Responsibilities

The position is focused on the after-school center with standard duties and collaboration time with the school. Part of the day involves working in classrooms together with teachers.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We are looking for you who have a degree and certification to work in the after-school center, and are interested in starting at Hamburgsund School.

You are collaborative and good at building good relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians. In your work, you are positive towards development and digital tools, and you understand the importance of creating a lifelong learning environment. You will have responsibility in the work team's planning and execution. We assume that you have a good understanding of the mission of after-school centers.

What We Offer

The position is permanent, ranging from 80% to 100%, depending on your competence and subject qualifications. In the absence of qualified applicants, it may become relevant to hire a person without formal qualifications, temporarily according to the School Act. The position is subject to necessary decisions being made.
