We are looking for a personal assistant for a temporary hourly position with a positive and cheerful 32-year-old man living in Tidaholm. He leads an active life but needs support with most parts of his daily routine due to his physical functional variation. As his assistant, you will help with everything from personal hygiene, transfers, and exercise to cooking and participating in various activities such as bowling. He uses a power wheelchair (permobil) and has access to various assistive devices at home that facilitate daily routines.

The work primarily involves daytime and evening shifts as well as weekends, so it is important that you are flexible and able to step in with short notice when needed. You will work both independently and as part of a team with another assistant.

We believe you are an attentive and flexible person with a positive outlook on life. You speak and write Swedish fluently, ensuring smooth communication and mutual understanding. A basic understanding and respect for the individual's integrity and independence is important to us.
