We are looking for a personal assistant for one of Pater Assistans clients living in Härryda, just outside Gothenburg. The position is for nearly 50% hours, scheduled from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, three days a week. You have the flexibility to choose which days suit you best. You will work in a small team together with another assistant, providing important support to create a good quality of life for the client.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and positive. You must have a driver's license and your own car, as you will need to commute to work using your own vehicle. Fuel compensation is provided. Living close to Härryda is, of course, more convenient for you.

The position is available immediately, but we would like you to shadow a shift with another personal assistant before starting independently. Starting in late July is also possible.

We primarily seek candidates with previous experience in similar work, but personal suitability is the most important factor. You should be positive, receptive, and structured. The role of a personal assistant requires initiative, the ability to thrive in independent work, and a willingness to perform the usual duties associated with the profession.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is essential. The client uses a wheelchair.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, starting with a digital video meeting with the operations manager. This is followed by a meeting with the client and the team leader.
