We are currently looking for someone who wants to become part of our lovely team this summer and work as a personal assistant for our 23-year-old client who enjoys music, games, and walks.

What does this role involve?

The position is a summer temporary assignment with a woman with multiple disabilities and severe brain injuries, living in central Uddevalla. She uses a wheelchair, has impaired vision, and epilepsy. You will support her with all aspects of daily life, including hygiene, dressing, feeding (via PEG), play, and exercise. The woman does not speak but communicates through sounds, facial expressions, and body language. Working hours vary according to a roster schedule, covering days, evenings, and weekends.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while maintaining a professional demeanor.

We would like you to:

• have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

• enjoy playing, being playful, and going for walks.

• be responsible and attentive to the client's needs.

• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.

• the client prefers that the applicant is female.

Additional Information

Employment Type: Summer temporary position for July and August 2026

Hours: Part-time

Working Hours: Day shift 06:15-16:15, Evening shift 16:00-22:00, Weekend shifts 07:00-14:15 or 14:00-22:00

Other: Possibility to continue working extra hours during the autumn.

We offer individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Personal suitability will be given great weight.
