I am a young woman with CHARGE syndrome looking for someone who wants to be my support in everyday life. I need a person who is willing to help me with, among other things, my daily care needs.

I enjoy coming up with activities and being physically active, such as cycling, swimming, swinging, and jumping on a trampoline, when my health allows. I preferably seek someone who is educated in healthcare and has work experience, but most importantly, you must have "the heart in the right place". This means you are committed to helping me with my needs and contributing to my development and quality of life.

Being non-smoking is a requirement due to my breathing difficulties. A driver's license is a plus, as is the ability to understand and speak fluent Swedish.

You will be part of a wonderful group of ten people.

The position is for at least 75%. You will primarily work afternoons, evenings, and weekends, but day shifts may also occur. In the long term, you should also be able to work night on-call duties. You must also be willing to step in for your colleagues when they are sick.

Selection and interviews are conducted on a rolling basis. Start date for introduction is by agreement, preferably immediately.

Salary range: 140–170 SEK/hour
