Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a meticulous and service-oriented warehouse administrator for our client. This role is ideal for you if you thrive on combining administrative tasks with operational warehouse work and enjoy a daily routine with many points of contact. You will be an important part of the daily operations, working closely with the warehouse, customers, and business systems. This role suits you if you appreciate structure, order, and maintaining control over flows and processes. The position starts at 50% during the first three months and then transitions to full-time.

About the Role

As a warehouse administrator, you are responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse flows and the correct handling of information in the company's systems. The work involves a combination of administrative computer work and practical tasks in the warehouse. You will have a central function where you coordinate information, follow up on deliveries, and act as a key link between the warehouse, customers, and other parts of the business.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Register and administer incoming deliveries
• Manage, follow up, and update orders in the business system
• Serve as a contact person for customers regarding deliveries and orders
• Handle return cases and complaints
• Work with article administration and maintenance of the article register
• Support warehouse operations with picking and simpler warehouse management as needed
• Ensure correct stock balances and contribute to good stock control
• Follow up on discrepancies and contribute to improved routines and work processes
• Actively work to create order, structure, and efficiency in the warehouse environment

We believe you are accustomed to working in various business and warehouse systems and feel comfortable using the computer as a work tool. You appreciate a varied workday where administrative tasks are combined with practical work in the operations.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or administrative work
• Good computer skills and experience working in business or warehouse systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel and prioritize when necessary
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• A forklift license is meritorious but not a requirement
