About the Role
We are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Office Coordinator for one of our assignments in Västra Frölunda. You will have a central role in the operations, contributing to a well-functioning, pleasant, and professional office environment.
We are looking for someone who is confident, service-oriented, and proactive, with a natural ability to create structure and build good relationships. You thrive in a social role, are not afraid to reach out to people, and have a solution-focused approach. Here you will have the opportunity to be an important part of the office's daily life and contribute to a positive experience for both employees and visitors.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcome and introduce new employees
- Update the office handbook
- Manage evacuation routines
- Contact with suppliers
- Handle access cards
- Orders and replenishment of office supplies
- Mail handling
- Report faults and office maintenance
- Organize meetings and conferences
- Book rental cars or order taxis for external visitors if needed
- Administer any pool cars and parking spaces
- Book conference rooms if needed and act as conference host/hostess
- Support HR with administrative tasks

Requirements for the position
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
- Completed upper secondary education
About the Employment
Employment: Fixed-term contract for one year with a high chance of extension
Scope: Part-time, 50%
Start: August 2026
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00
