About the role

In this role, you will hold a central position where you work closely with the business operations and contribute to improving monitoring, analysis, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in developing working methods, reporting, and digital solutions within finance.

Responsibilities

• Drive OPEX monitoring (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and contribute to standardized working methods across the organization.
• Support monthly closing and forecasting processes.
• Create and further develop reports, dashboards, and analyses.
• Structure, ensure quality, and improve data governance.
• Contribute to initiatives within digitalization and automation of reporting.
• Explore and develop Power BI reports and analytical tools.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a degree in finance, economics, business administration, data analysis, or similar.
• Has 2–5 years of experience in controlling, finance, or business analysis.
• Has a strong interest in data, analysis, and business management.
• Has a good understanding of basic financial concepts (P&L, costs, budgeting).

Skills & Personal Attributes

• Very good skills in Excel and other parts of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with or interest in Power BI, data visualization, and automation.
• Curiosity about AI and digital solutions within finance (meritorious).
• Strong analytical ability and high attention to detail.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Good teamwork skills and thrives in cross-functional environments.
