Key Responsibilities:

As a Controller, you will become a key player in the company's continued development, holding a central role in creating understanding of economic relationships within the organization. You will work broadly with analysis, follow-up, improvement work, and decision support. You will work closely with production, procurement, logistics, finance, and management, becoming an important part of developing our processes and our business system.

You will belong to the Finance Department, which consists of two parts: Controlling and Accounting. You will report to the Finance Manager and work in close collaboration with colleagues in the controlling department.

Main tasks of the department:

• Ongoing financial follow-up, analysis, and reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Support to managers and operations regarding financial matters
• Active participation in improvement projects across all parts of the company and systems
• Costing and production follow-up
• Involvement in the development of our business system, SAP

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have an academic education and a few years of experience in controlling or qualified financial work, preferably within manufacturing industry. You have a good understanding of business processes and thrive in the intersection between finance, operations, and systems.

• Experience with major business systems (SAP is a plus)
