As a Business Controller at Space Production, you will step into a newly established and business-close role. You will become a key part of the operations, where your primary task is to support our project managers and management with financial monitoring, analysis, and decision-making support.

We work in a project-intensive environment with major international clients, which places high demands on control over liquidity, margins, and forecasts. The role involves both challenging and supporting the business to ensure that the right financial decisions are made at the right time. You will work closely with our CEO, financial controller, and project managers.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Continuous financial monitoring and analysis of projects.
• Support for project managers regarding calculations, margins, and forecasts.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and efficiency work.
• IT responsibility regarding investments, licenses, hardware, and ensuring our systems are used efficiently.
• Develop strategic purchasing processes and supplier tenders.
• Prepare materials for year-end closing and reporting in collaboration with the finance function.
• Join the management team and contribute to the company's business development.

The position is located at our office in Sisjön. We value on-site presence while offering great flexibility.

We are looking for you who have strong analytical thinking, are structured and detail-oriented, and thrive in a role with both breadth and responsibility. You enjoy working close to operations and decisions, take initiative, and want to proactively help develop this new role with us.

You have a relevant university-level education in economics and a few years of experience, preferably from a business-close controller role. Perhaps you currently work as a consultant and want to take the step into a more operational and business-driven role. Experience with project accounting or similar operations is meritorious. Most importantly, you have good business understanding and the ability to translate numbers into concrete actions and business value. You are system-friendly and have good skills in Excel.

As a person, you are unpretentious, communicative, and have good judgment. You feel confident in both supporting and challenging in your role.
