Job Description
As a consultant in project support, you will become a central part of the client's project organization and contribute to ensuring that projects are driven efficiently, structured, and according to set requirements. You will work closely with project managers, technical leads, and external suppliers, acting as a coordinating link between technology, structure, and governance.
Examples of tasks include:
- Supporting project management in planning, monitoring, and reporting
- Coordinating technical documentation, deliverables, and reporting
- Ensuring projects follow current processes, routines, and regulatory requirements
- Working with schedules, risk management, and change management
- Participating in and leading meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting quality work and verification of deliverables
- Managing interfaces between different disciplines and actors
Depending on the assignment, the role may lean more towards administrative project support or technical project engineering.
The position is based in Gothenburg or Varberg. Travel occurs on a weekly basis to the client's facilities. For assignments in security-classified areas, you will undergo drug testing and security clearance checks before employment can begin. Swedish citizenship is required to work in security-classified areas.
Qualifications

We would like you to have:
- Relevant post-secondary education
- Experience of project work within energy, industry, or infrastructure
- Experience in project support, project engineering, or similar roles
- Good understanding of project processes, documentation management, and governance
- Ability to create structure in complex environments
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Meritorious experience
- Experience from nuclear power or other regulated operations
- Knowledge of technical documentation, requirement management, or quality systems
- Experience with planning tools
- Experience with large projects (>100,000,000 SEK)
