About the role

The position is based at the E-commerce and Supplier Invoicing unit, whose main task is the receipt handling of supplier invoices and e-commerce administration throughout the Region of Västra Götaland (VGR). The unit has employees in three locations and belongs to Economic Services, which also consists of units within support and development, accounting, customer and patient invoicing, healthcare provider service, and medical travel. At the office in Vänersborg, we have around one hundred employees, and approximately the same number at the office in Mariestad.

The E-commerce Administration team handles the entire catalog flow from a finalized contract to an orderable product in the Marketplace in collaboration with Group Purchasing. The focus is on supplier connections and catalog management. The team also provides user support in the Marketplace to operations within the Region of Västra Götaland.

We are seeking an E-commerce Administrator with the task of connecting suppliers to e-commerce and ensuring that agreed products and services become orderable in the Marketplace. The work includes catalog validation and other common ancillary tasks.

You support users via telephone and case management systems, as well as training users and suppliers. The assignment involves close collaboration with both the team and the contract owners and suppliers.

About you

To succeed in the role of E-commerce Administrator, you need:

• Upper secondary education or equivalent competence
• Very good IT skills
• Extensive knowledge of Office, especially Excel
• Good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing

You are structured, goal-oriented, and meticulous. You are used to driving the work forward both independently and in a team, and you have strong collaboration skills where you are skilled at creating and maintaining relationships. The work requires the ability to prioritize during periods of high workload.

Experience with Visma Proceedo and experience working within the Region of Västra Götaland are meritorious.
