New Minds is a specialist recruitment and talent acquisition company focused on junior engineers. We are a small, agile company that values close customer relationships and a high level of activity — and now we are looking for someone who wants to be right in the middle of it.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative at New Minds, you are a key player in our growth journey. You are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with the right decision-makers, and building relationships that lead to new recruitment assignments.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple conversations, and is driven by creating business from scratch. With the support of our established methods, strong candidate networks, and attractive offerings, you will have the right conditions for success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively work with new customer acquisition within selected industries
  • Identify and contact relevant decision-makers
  • Schedule and conduct customer meetings
  • Proactively present candidates and turn dialogues into concrete recruitment assignments
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and develop a strong network
  • Work systematically with our tools, processes, and candidate pipeline to drive business

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in service sales, preferably within recruitment or staffing. You are used to a high-activity-driven job and are motivated by creating results through your own drive and initiative. We would also like you to have technical understanding and an engineering background.

To succeed in the role, we also believe that you:

  • Are good at building trust and strong relationships
  • Are self-motivated, structured, and comfortable handling multiple processes in parallel
  • Are curious about technology, industry, and the competence challenges companies face
  • Communicate professionally and clearly in both Swedish and English
  • Have previously worked towards KPIs and measurable results
  • Have experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
