Job Description

In this role, you work with cost tracking and compare actual results against budget and forecasts. You support the monthly closing and forecasting processes, and produce reports, analyses, and dashboards. You structure and improve data management and lead initiatives within digitalization and automation of reporting. You collaborate widely within the organization and contribute to developing working methods and decision support. This role suits you if you want to combine finance with data and analysis.

Who is the right fit?

You have:

• 1–3 years of experience in controlling, finance, or business analysis
• Post-secondary education in economics, finance, business administration, data analysis, or similar
• Very good skills in Excel
• Experience in producing reports and analyses
• Good understanding of profit & loss, costs, and budgeting
• Good command of English

As a person, you are structured, detail-oriented, and take ownership. You enjoy collaborating, are curious about data, and are driven by improving working methods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or similar tools
• Experience with report automation
• Interest in AI or digital solutions within finance
