About the Role
We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, an Administrator for a full-time position in Borås. This role is ideal for you who thrive in structured environments, possess strong organizational skills, and enjoy being a key support function within the business.
You will work in a varied role where administration, coordination, and service are central to your daily tasks. This position suits someone who is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable handling multiple points of contact.
Responsibilities
The tasks may vary, but typically include:
- Handling administrative cases and documentation
- Registering and updating information in internal systems
- Booking and coordinating meetings and activities
- Communicating with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Managing incoming emails and phone calls
- Filing and document management
- Administrative support to managers and colleagues
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Is detail-oriented, structured, and responsible
- Has good computer skills and learns new systems quickly
